Coreflux Systems
Website Terms
Effective June 28, 2026
These terms govern use of getcoreflux.com. Separate signed agreements govern any consulting, software, AI, or creative engagement.
Website Use
You may use this website for lawful business purposes and to learn about Coreflux Systems. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe protected systems, misuse forms, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that impairs service, or use site content to violate another party's rights.
Informational Content
Website content, demonstrations, prototypes, and portfolio materials are provided for general information. They do not create a client relationship, warranty, professional opinion, or commitment to deliver a specific result. A project begins only through a written agreement signed by Coreflux Systems and the client.
Project Terms and Intellectual Property
Proposals and signed project agreements control scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, acceptance, support, and ownership. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, Coreflux Systems retains its pre-existing technology, methods, tools, templates, know-how, brand assets, demonstrations, and portfolio materials. Client-specific ownership and licensing will be defined in the applicable agreement.
AI and Creative Outputs
AI-assisted analysis and creative outputs can be probabilistic, incomplete, or similar to material that exists elsewhere. Human review remains important. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Coreflux Systems does not promise that generated material is exclusive, error-free, suitable for a regulated decision, or eligible for trademark, copyright, patent, or other registration. Clients are responsible for final approval and lawful use of delivered materials.
Third-Party Services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Coreflux Systems is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or security. Use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
Disclaimers and Liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreflux Systems disclaims implied warranties relating to the public website and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. These limitations do not alter obligations expressly accepted in a signed client agreement.
Governing Law and Changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the website and business evolve. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to subsequent use.
