When you submit our project intake form, we may collect your name, email address, company or organization, project type, project description, timeline, and budget range.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as request timestamps, browser or device type, approximate location, referrer, and IP-derived security signals. We use privacy-focused, aggregate website analytics and do not intentionally place third-party advertising cookies.

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, prepare proposals, operate and secure the website, understand aggregate site performance, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Please do not submit passwords, regulated data, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information through the public intake form. Confidential project information should be shared only after an appropriate agreement and secure exchange method are in place.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support our website and communications, including Vercel for hosting and aggregate analytics, Supabase for secure intake storage, and Resend for inquiry notifications. These providers process information on our behalf under their own service and security terms.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or support a business transaction involving Coreflux Systems.

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls and reputable infrastructure providers, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask how it has been used, by contacting ceo@getcoreflux.com. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may retain limited records where legally or operationally necessary.
